- Is the free homepage really free?
- Yes. Send one client's current site and you get a redesigned homepage on a private link within 48 hours. If it's not for you, that's the end of it.
- Will my client ever hear from you?
- No. We never email, call or invoice your client. Content, changes and approvals go through you, and we bill only you.
- Is it WordPress?
- No. They're fast static sites with no plugins to keep updated. Small edits are covered by the $25 care plan, or you edit the files yourself if you host them.
- What do you need to launch?
- The client's text, photos and logo, sent by you, and someone with access to the domain settings to point the website records. We never move nameservers and never touch email records.
- What if you can't deliver?
- If we can't deliver the site within 14 days of the deposit and content, for reasons on our side, you get every dollar back. The details are in our terms.
- Who are you?
- Fraser Web Co. is Rhett Bussey, a website builder in Surrey, BC, Canada. You deal with Rhett directly, from the first free homepage to handoff. Prices are in US dollars.
