Agency terms

These terms are between Rhett Bussey, who runs Fraser Web Co. ("we"), and the agency that orders a website from us ("you"). They cover white-label website work: sites we build for you to resell to your own clients. You accept them by paying the first invoice for a site.

1. What you get

For each site: up to 5 pages (home, services, about, reviews or gallery, contact), built mobile-first, with tap-to-call, a quote form, basic Google setup (page titles, descriptions, sitemap) and redirects from the client's old page addresses. Two revision rounds are included. Not included: online stores, booking systems, member logins or custom software. A booking or payment service the client already uses can be linked; the site itself never takes card payments.

The first homepage redesign for one of your clients is free and carries no obligation.

2. Your clients stay yours

We never contact your clients. We never put our name, a credit or a link on their sites. You own the client relationship, and the client owns their domain. We never move a client's nameservers and never touch email records; we change only the records the website needs, and we screenshot the existing records before any change so they can be put back.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Each site is USD 700: 50% to start and 50% on handoff. Payment is by card through a Stripe payment link we send you. Work on a site starts when the first 50% arrives.

The full site is delivered within 5 business days of receiving both the deposit and the content (the client's text, photos and logo), sent by you. Delays in content or revision feedback move that date by the same amount.

4. Revisions

Each site includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated list of changes from you. Work beyond two rounds, or new pages, is quoted before we start.

5. Refund

If we cannot deliver the site within 14 days of receiving the deposit and the content, for reasons on our side, we refund everything you paid for that site.

6. Hosting and care, or the files

At handoff you choose, per site, one of two options.

Hosting + care, USD 25 a month per site: hosting, the security certificate (padlock), backups and small edits (text, photos, hours, services). Billed monthly by card. Cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by email; we then send you the site's files and take the site off our hosting at the end of the notice period.

Files to you: we hand over the site's static files and you host the site wherever you like. No monthly charge.

We sell a website, never access to a hosting account. Sites on our care plan are hosted on our own account with a major hosting provider (Cloudflare); neither you nor your client receive access to that account, and we never open a hosting account on anyone else's behalf.

7. Who owns what

Once a site is fully paid, its design and content are yours to resell, and your client's name, logo, photos, reviews and text always remain theirs. You confirm you have the right to send us any material you give us. Demo sites on our own website are for fictional businesses and are not part of any sale.

8. Liability

We do not control the hosting provider's uptime and are not liable for its outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the site concerned in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business or profits.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We may update them with 30 days' notice by email; work already paid for stays under the terms in place when you paid.
